Safe and dependable transportation for the elderly, disabled, and other transportation disadvantaged residents of Baker County for door to door, ambulatory and wheelchair transport. Provided daily to various sites in, Baker, Duval, Columbia, and Alachua Counties. In county, shopping trips are provided every Thursday.

Transportation Disadvantage (TD) means those persons who because of physical or mental disability, income status, or age are unable to transport themselves to purchase transportation and are, therefore, dependent upon others to obtain access to health care, employment, education, shopping, social activities, or other life sustaining activities, children who are handicapped or high-risk or at-risk as defined in s. 441.202.

Private Pay participants include anyone not qualified for Medicaid or TD eligibility. Private pay fare rates are determined at the schedule of each trip based on the destination and trip miles.

Managed Health Care

We are the transportation provider for managed Health Care in our Community. If you need transportation to your Doctor's appointment and you have:

The above numbers will contact us and our drivers will transport you to your appointment as in the past. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.


Transportation Disadvantage $1.50 per trip

Private Pay Rates available for those who do not qualify for Medicaid or Transportation Disadvantage.

Riders Responsibilities

  • Contact the office when you're finished with your appointment
  • You must pay your required co-pay
  • To notify the office with address and phone number changes
  • advising the office of appointment times
  • Schedule trip requests "3 days in advance"
  • Providing own wheelchair and/or escort
  • To notify of cancellation at least three hours prior to pick up time. If the van goes to your scheduled pickup origination you will be considered a no-show

NO-SHOW Policy

  1. After first no-show you will receive a verbal warning
  2. After the second no-show you will receive a written warning
  3. After the third no-show your privileges will be suspended for 30 days. The no-show policy will be enforced
